This painting continues my exploration of layers.  It is subtle, yet rich in person.  The paints are largely semi-transparent so there is a lot of depth.  I was strangely exhausted after I finished it, but I do feel that the painting expresses my purpose.  Identity and non-identity-back and forth; hide and seek.  This work reminds me of all the conversations I have had as a psychotherapist-moving in and out of personal histories, shadows and discoveries; the light and dark of a person.
